Email support@vznmarket.net with your order details (the email used at checkout and the system you bought). We'll process eligible refunds back to your original payment method.
Past the 14-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we'll do our best to sort things out fairly.
Robux payments are handled manually via DM. Refunds for Robux payments are returned in Robux, minus any Roblox fees already taken on the original payment.
