By buying and using a VZN Market system, you agree to these terms. They're written to keep things simple and fair for creators.

What you're buying

You're buying a license to use the system in your games — not ownership of the system itself. We retain the rights to the underlying code and assets.

License

Your license lets you:

• Use the system in an unlimited number of games you own, including monetised ones.
• Modify it for your own use within your projects.

What you can't do

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the system, in whole or in part.
• Share the source as your own work, or pass it on to others.

Updates

Free updates are provided as available. We're not obligated to add specific features, but improvements and fixes are shared with all buyers at no extra cost.

Refunds

Liability

Systems are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, VZN Market is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the systems.
